Configure your SmartLine account — timezone, language, industry, and more.

Tips

  • Set your timezone to ensure call timestamps are displayed correctly.
  • Complete the setup wizard to unlock all features.
  • Your AI engine configuration is managed by your platform administrator.

Steps

    Set timezone

    Choose your timezone from the dropdown.

    Select language

    Set the default language for your account.

  3. 3

    Complete setup

    Click "Complete Setup" once you have finished configuring everything.
